He said “ If we look at it in relation to other macro economic variables we have to seen some improvements”
Pro Bopkin was asked a direct question on whether a comparison of performance by the Vice President puts the NPP ahead of the NDC and he had this to say:
“On the economic front, particularly the macro variables, yes, you can’t take that away from them. You can’t take it away from the NPP, you can’t. The numbers are there and they speak for themselves”
Prof however thinks the NPP should be comparing itself to Ghana’s peers and not the NDC.
NB: We have repeatedly maintained that on the economy, there’s no way the NDC will beat the NPP. It is the reason why when Dr. Bawumia puts out the numbers they avoid same and go after his person!
